DELIVERY
Typically, it requires approximately 7-12 business days for the package to arrive at your location. Occasionally, delivery times may extend slightly due to increased demand. We thank you for your understanding in such instances, and we consistently work towards ensuring a prompt and seamless delivery of your package.
You can easily track your order yourself by clicking on “Track your order” in the footer at the bottom of our website. There you can enter your order details to view the latest updates on your delivery.

Our products may be shipped from different warehouses. Because of this, your order can sometimes be split into multiple packages — at no extra cost to you. 🤍

Our collections consist of products from various suppliers, and in certain instances, they might be shipped in separate packages, all at no additional expense to you. There's no need to be concerned! We assure you that every package is handled with the utmost care and love.

Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days for all products, provided they remain unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and approved.

ORDERS
If you wish to cancel an order right after placing it, please get in touch with us at support@thalita.se as soon as possible, preferably on the same day. However, we cannot assure that cancellation will be feasible. In the event that the order is already in the processing stage for shipping, you will need to proceed with a return. Once your return is received and approved, the refund process will be initiated.
