    On average, it takes about 7-12 working days until the package arrives at your place. Delivery times can sometimes be slightly longer due to high demand. We ask for your understanding in such cases - we always strive for you to receive your package as quickly and smoothly as possible.

    The products in our collections can come from different suppliers and in some cases can be sent in separate packages, of course at no extra cost to you.

    You do not need to worry! Let us know if you're still missing something from your order after patiently waiting a little while longer and we'll look into it!

    If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible! Once our warehouse has processed your order, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.

    To cancel an order immediately after it has been placed, contact us at hej@thalita.se as soon as possible, on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

    If the order is already being processed for shipping, you will need to make a return. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed.

    Our refund policy is valid for 30 days on all products, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in salable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
