30-Day Return Policy
At Thalita, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item in accordance with EU consumer law.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
You can easily start your return through the return form "Returns & Echanges", located in the footer. Once your request is submitted, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. You then have 7 days to ship the package.
All returns are sent to our warehouse in Sweden.
We always aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. If something isn’t quite right with your order — whether it’s size, fit, or any other reason — please contact us and we’ll help you find the best solution.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Items sent back without prior notification may not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
How to Start a Return
You can easily start your return through the return form "Returns & Exchanges".
We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Exchanges (Recommended Option)
We recommend choosing an exchange if you want a different size or item.
Exchanges are processed faster than returns and help reduce environmental impact.
If you choose an exchange, we will ship your replacement item immediately once your request has been approved. No return is required before dispatch.
A fixed exchange fee of 99 SEK applies. This fee covers handling, processing, and expedited shipping of your replacement item.
Exchange Handling Fee
For exchanges, a fixed handling fee of 79 SEK applies.
This fee covers processing, handling, and logistics for your new item.
The fee is separate from the return and refund process and is paid in connection with the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Return Shipping Information
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please do not send your return to the original shipping address. Returns must only be sent to the return address provided after your return request has been approved.
To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow the instructions provided on our returns page or by our customer support team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns or returns sent without following the correct instructions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may contact us at support@thalita.se or use our online return/withdrawal process.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you notify us before the 14-day period has expired.
After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we may make a deduction for any diminished value where legally permitted.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are paid by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item or proof of shipment, in accordance with applicable law.
