    30 day return policy

    We have a 30-day return policy , which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item. After you request a return, you have 7 days to send the package to us.

    ATTENTION! Do not return the product to where it came from. Contact customer service first. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are returned to the sender if not picked up by the courier, as we are unable to track this.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or with tags still on and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you contact us by email where you will also receive a return form sent to you with the address of our warehouse in Sweden.

    If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages & problems

    Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify it as soon as possible. For us, you as a customer are always most important and we strive for the highest customer satisfaction .

    Return conditions

    • Returns are possible within 30 days.
    • The products must be in original condition and have original labels.
    • The packaging must not be damaged and must be delivered in the original packaging.
    • Please post your return within 7 days of receiving the return form.
    • The goods to be returned must be free of stains and damage.
    • The goods to be returned must be free of traces of use.

    Note! If the returned goods do not meet these conditions or you submit your return late, unfortunately your return cannot be processed. We reserve the right to reject returned goods if it is suspected that the goods have already been used or damaged.

    Return shipping / Environment

    We protect the environment and prefer to avoid as many returns as possible, considering the emissions of CO2. We value our eco-process highly and therefore return shipping is something we unfortunately cannot be responsible for.

    We always want to resolve all returns in the best possible way. If you are unhappy with your purchase, a size doesn't fit, or something else - please contact our dedicated support team as soon as you receive your order and we will do everything to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

    Exceptions / Disposable items

    Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union _

    14 days remorse dispute

    Notwithstanding the above, if the item is sent to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused with tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
