    Free shipping throughout Sweden and Norway.

    Delivery time

    Your order is processed within 1-2 working days. Due to the fact that our product is sent directly from the dealer, the average shipping time is 7-12 working days. High demand at the moment also extends the shipping time. We have a good cooperation with agents all over the world and do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.


    Delayed or lost orders

    A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days within Europe and 21 working days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time than this, we cannot send a replacement until this time period has passed.

    Incorrect or incomplete address

    If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address entered at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Likewise if the mobile number you entered for the delivery notification does not match.

    Return

    You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt (conditions apply, see returns page). After your cancellation, you have 7 days to return the package. You will receive the full purchase price back, provided that the requirements on the return page have been met. NOTE: The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and original packaging. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at hej@thalita.se. The seller will then refund the purchase price within 14 days of being informed of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good condition, complete and undamaged.

    Package not picked up on time

    If the package is not picked up, your order is automatically sent back to our supplier abroad. We have no way of tracking whether your order has arrived at the supplier and unfortunately cannot refund the order amount as it does not return to our warehouse in Sweden. Picking up the package on time is the customer's responsibility.

    Customs clearance

    Please note that delays may be caused by your country's customs clearance. Thalita Sweden is not responsible for paying any fees charged by customs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer but are very rare.
