30-Day Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days, giving you 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. Once your return is requested, you have 7 days to send the package back to us.

We always strive to resolve returns in the best way possible. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, the size isn’t right, or for any other reason, please reach out to our dedicated support team as soon as you receive your order, and we’ll do everything to ensure 100% satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email, and we will send you a return form with the address to our warehouse in Sweden.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a return request won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Terms

  • Return within 30 days.
  • Products must be in original condition and have original tags.
  • Packaging must be undamaged and in its original form.
  • Please mail your return within 7 days of receiving the return form.
  • Returned items must be free of stains, damage, or signs of use.

Note: If the returned items don’t meet these conditions or the return is sent late, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process the return. We reserve the right to reject returns if it appears the items have been used or damaged.

Return Shipping / Environmental Considerations

We value environmental impact and prefer to avoid as many returns as possible due to CO2 emissions. As part of our eco-process, we unfortunately cannot cover return shipping costs.

Please don’t return the product to its original shipping address. Contact customer service first. We cannot take responsibility for returns to the sender if the package wasn’t picked up from the courier, as we cannot track it.

We understand that returns can sometimes feel complicated and costly. That’s why we want to assure you we’re working to make this easier and more affordable. In the future, we plan to open warehouses in more locations worldwide, which will make the return process faster and smoother.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty items). We also don’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Regardless of the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at hej@thalita.se.
