Shipping Cost

Free shipping worldwide.

Delivery Time

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. As our products are shipped directly from suppliers, the average shipping time is 7-12 business days. High demand at the moment may also extend delivery times. We collaborate closely with agents worldwide to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Regular Shipping Times:

  • USA: 6–10 days
  • Europe: 7–12 days

Delayed or Lost Orders

A package is considered lost after being in the postal system for 15 business days within Europe and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays. Although orders typically arrive sooner, we cannot send a replacement until this time period has elapsed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for all delivery and related costs to reship your order to a corrected address. We are not liable for loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, or if the provided phone number for delivery notifications is incorrect.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving it (conditions apply; see returns page). After canceling, you have 7 days to return the package. You will receive a full refund, provided the requirements on the returns page are met. Note: Return shipping costs are at your expense. If you exercise your right to cancel, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at hej@thalita.se. The seller will then refund the purchase amount within 14 days after you’ve been informed of the return, provided the product has been returned in good condition, complete, and undamaged.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected in time, your order will automatically be returned to our supplier abroad. We are unable to track if your order has reached the supplier and, therefore, cannot refund the order amount as it will not be returned to our warehouse in Sweden. It is the customer's responsibility to collect packages on time.

Customs Clearance / VAT

Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance in your country. Thalita Sweden is not responsible for any fees imposed by customs, which are the customer’s responsibility, though these fees are uncommon. VAT is not included in the listed price of our products. Customers are responsible for their own VAT.
